What Can Change?
There are 44 million vulnerable children living in India. Many live on the streets. Some are enslaved in brothels. Most are poor, hungry, and exploited. Hope is hard to come by.
Emerald Coast Kidfest 2012, the final Kidfest of the 2012 season, will be held on October 26-28 at the Emerald Coast Convention Center in Ft. Walton Beach, Florida. The weekend experience includes four services geared towards children of elementary age. Church of God Youth and Discipleship makes training and discipleship a priority in all that they do. Each year, several training opportunities are provided in a variety of settings and locations. When Kidfest began, little did Youth and Discipleship know how far it would extend! This past spring, God moved in a tremendous way in all Kidfest events, with thousands in attendance and hundreds baptized with the Holy Spirit. This summer, an international Kidfest event was held in Ecuador. Hosted by missionsaries with a heart for children, Bobby and Tamitha Lynch coordinated and hosted a team lead by Children’s Pastors Patrick and Trina Osburne, kids in Ecuador encountered God in an exciting way through Kidfest Ecuador.
