Tom Madden is the International Director of Youth & Discipleship for the Church of God, Cleveland, Tennessee. He received a Bachelors Degree from Lee University and a Master’s Degree from the Church of God Theological Seminary. While serving as youth pastor at the North Cleveland Church of God he founded Winterfest, a local church youth group retreat. What began as a small gathering of teenagers and sponsors, 279 people and five local churches, has now blossomed into eighteen regional gatherings that minister to over 50,000 each year and has celebrated nearly 30 years of ministry.

The out growth of Winterfest has led the way in the establishment of other denominational ministries such as The Mission, and City Vision / Inner City Missions and Urban Missions. Prior to his election as International Director in August 2008, he served as the Assistant International Director of Youth & Christian Education from 2004-2008 and the International Youth Ministries Coordinator for the Church of God Youth & Christian Education Department from 1990 until 2004. He has served as State Youth & Christian Education Director of Indiana from 1988–1990, State Youth & Christian Education Director of Chicago Metro from 1986-1988, and from 1979-1986 he served as youth pastor in Chattanooga, Tennessee and Cleveland, Tennessee.

He currently resides in Cleveland, Tennessee and is married to Charla (Parson) a kindergarten teacher at Michigan Avenue Elementary School. They have two children Crystal and Chad and one grand-daughter Charis.

Gary Lewis is currently serving as the Assistant International Director of Youth & Discipleship for the Church of God, Cleveland, Tennessee. He has served as a student pastor, senior pastor and state youth and Christian education director. Gary is a graduate of East Coast Bible College where he met his wife, Lori who is the International Girls Club Assistant. They have three children, Jordan, Jaren and Sara.

Tony Lane has served as local church children’s ministry director, Christian education director, music director, youth pastor, Christian day school administrator and pastor. On the state level, he has served as state director of youth and Christian education. He presently oversees Discipleship Ministries, Sunday School, Christian Education & Childrens Ministries. Since 1999, one of his primary passions is the Casa Hogar Alfa y Omega Orphanage in Poza Rica, Vera Cruz, Mexico. He is a frequent youth ministry speaker, conference speaker, workshop leader in various events. He leads teams internationally for ministries training, as well as to visit the Casa Hogar Orphanage in Mexico.

Tony is the author of Changing Ministry in Changing Times, published by Pathway Press. Tony attended Lee, but completed the requirements for both his B.A. and Master’s degrees at Wheaton College and Wheaton Graduate School. He is an adjunct instructor in Youth Ministry at Lee University. Tony is married to Joy, a real estate affiliate/broker at Coldwell Banker in Cleveland. They have two children, Josh (wife Joyce) and Meagan; and one granddaughter, Madison.

Dr. B. Randall Parris currently serves the Church of God Int. Department of Youth and CE as the Urban Ministries/Leadership Development Coordinator. He served as a denominational leader many years as a State Director of Youth and Christian Education in LA, VA, NC and Ohio respectively. He earned a Bachelors degree from Lee University, a Masters of Divinity from the Church of God Theological Seminary and a D. Min. degree from Reformed Theological Seminary. Randall served two terms as President of the National Youth Leaders Association and has written many articles for publication.

He recently authored a new book entitled The Great Commission: “Where Are You Going?” He and his wife speak to thousands of students and adults in many settings around the world every year. He loves teaching and coaching emerging leaders, training Youth Pastors and developing effective Christian Education teachers. Randall’s unique speaking style merges humor, passion, biblical teaching and prophetic anointing that captivates the hearts and minds of students and adults alike. Randall and his wife Rhonda have one son, Clay, and one daughter, Alysse, who make every day more fun!

Lori Lewis is the International Girls Ministries Coordinator for the Church of God International Offices in Cleveland, Tennessee. She began working in September 2008 when the family moved to Cleveland after her husband, Gary, was elected as the International Assistant Director of Youth and Discipleship. Prior to this position, Lori served for 14 years as State Girls Ministries Coordinator in five states/regions (Midlands, Pacific Northwest, Eastern North Carolina, South Georgia and South Carolina).

Her goal is to provide resources and materials that will effectively reach and minister to 21st century girls. Lori and Gary are both graduates of East Coast Bible College. She holds a BS in Christian Education and Church Music and is a licensed Minister of Music. The Lewis’ have been married for 23 years and have three children: Jordan, Jaren and Sara.
