YWEA

God is at Work in Africa

YWEA 2012 will help develop the property at Leopard Hill in Lusaka, Zambia.  Because the old well won’t supply enough water for the new Ministry Center, they needed to dig a second well. Everyone in the neighborhood has difficulty finding access to water. One of the neighbors to the property has to pump his water supply from a distance of 1.2 miles. On another nearby plot, they drilled seven holes and could not find any water.

Recently, when the well-drillers arrived, they were very doubtful that water could be found at Leopard Hill.  Our African brothers prayed and fasted regularly for four months prior to the drilling. The drillers made just two attempts and now the second well is providing more water-per-second than the first well!  The well-drillers said, “It must be a miracle from God.”

David Livingstone has gone down in history as one of the greatest missionaries who ever lived. He “opened the door” for ministry there.  The Holy Spirit is greatly moving now in what was once called “the Third World.”  Because of ministries like YWEA, revival is taking place in Zambia and throughout Africa!  Now is the time to take the Gospel to the HEART of Africa!  You can make an eternal difference!

God is at work in Africa! The continent needs a strategic place for training, missionary preparation, and a home for a Mobile Medical Clinic to minister to children. The ground is fertile and the window of opportunity is now!

Why YWEA Zambia 2012 is the “Right Place” at the “Right Time”

-Faithful, trustworthy leaders, like Peter Thomas, are leading with excellence!
-Lusaka, the capital city, is stable and growing. Paved roads lead to all of Africa.
-50% of the population is under age 14. If we win the children to Christ, we will change the nation.
-The Holy Spirit is moving! The window of opportunity is now!

Missionary David Livingstone took the Gospel to Africa because he heard his father-in-law say, “ I have seen the smoke of a thousand villages, where no missionary had ever been.” There are still countless villages, people groups, and tribes that need to know Jesus loves them. How will Your HEART respond to this opportunity to take the love of God to the Heart of Africa? Give a generous gift from your heart. There is so much we can do together!
